Marketing Workshop and Plan Development

Step 1

Evaluate where you are now and how you are positioned in the market

From the outset it is important to ask specific questions about your business goals and values, products and services, customers and competitive environment. We will also explore your strengths/weaknesses, and what are some emerging market threats and opportunities.

This information gathering session will be conducted as a ½ day (4 Hrs) workshop at your business premises.

Step 2

Review your current marketing material including any recent campaigns

It is also necessary to review any existing marketing material, or the results of any marketing campaigns that your business has undertaken in the past. This is integral in putting together the best mix of marketing elements for the year ahead.

Areas such as research, strategy, record keeping and customer relationship management tools will also be evaluated during the workshop.

Step 3

Develop a tailored marketing workshop plan with key steps to meet both short term and long-term goals

We will then create a tailored marketing plan that hones in on specific areas that can deliver the biggest returns on your current marketing investment, with appropriate KPI’s so you measure each activity effectively. The final marketing plan will be presented to the key stakeholders in your business.
