Empowered HR helps improve staff performance to make businesses thrive. Business owners, Lorraine and Carolyn have done an outstanding job on establishing this new start-up and really understand the people elements of any business they work with. They can help you employee a new team member, define workplace policies, focus on creating a productive team culture and also help with your employer obligations and making sure they’re correct. They have over 30 years combined experience and have helped start-ups and multinational businesses across Australia by operating as an extension to their business needs without requiring a full time head count.
Our Approach
Bright Owl Marketing conducted a workshop to help provide clarity on their strategic business initiatives. After evaluating Empowered HR’s strategic brand opportunities, the Bright Owl team were able to create a brand based on their core competencies, unique service offerings and personal brand attributes to help them determine their brand identify, tagline and comprehensive brand expression that will grab the attention and compel their target audience to take action.

The Challenge
Both Lorraine and Carolyn needed some guidance with their start-up and really took to the team at Bright Owl because we offered a similar model to their business and they wanted to replicate our success, and we were only too happy to help and guide them.
The Results
The new website uses the strong, vibrant colours of the logo throughout the design to maintain brand consistency. Even the use of imagery incorporates the colours effectively into the overall design. What we love about this website is that it makes Empowered HR feel fresh and exciting, and that Lorraine and Carolyn have a fresh way of doing things that really help businesses perform at their best.
All of the pages on the site include keyword copy and have been search engine optimised to help improve the site’s rankings in Google. A blog has also been created so the team can share ideas and provide further insights to help their clients and any business requiring HR assistance and are looking for an outsourced solution. Links to their social media pages are also vitally important so that people doing research can transition from the website to find out a bit more about Empowered HR and establish if they’re a good fit for their business.
