Step 1
Evaluate where you are now and how you are positioned in the market
From the outset it is important to ask specific questions about your business goals and values, products and services, customers and competitive environment. We will also explore your strengths/weaknesses, and what are some emerging market threats and opportunities.
Step 2
Review your current marketing material including any recent campaigns
It is also necessary to do a light review any existing marketing material, or the results of any marketing campaigns that your business has undertaken in the past few months. This is integral in putting together the best mix of marketing elements for the year ahead.
Areas such as research, strategy, record keeping and customer relationship management tools will also be evaluated during the workshop.
Step 3
Develop a tailored marketing workshop plan with key steps to meet both short term and long-term goals
